I was so excited to be invited to present this year at at the IBF - International Breathwork Foundation's annual conference at Joshua Tree, California. It was the first time I've gathered with so many breathwork facilitators and school founders and shared Breath of Bliss in a bigger way with industry leaders. Wow!

Here's a quick video of myself and a team of Breath of Bliss Facilitator Training graduates - Helen, Carla, Andrew and Kristy at my first event.

This is a few moments right after I gave my presentation about the impact of my "I AM PASSION" breathwork audio journey on 3 test subjects who used it for 10 days - who we brainmapped before and after with Dr. Dani from Zen Brain Lab. (Stay tuned for a video fo my talk!)

In this presentation I also shared about my creative process making the audio journey and EVERYONE wanted to do the whole breathwork journey! So here we are spontaneously starting the breathwork journey together... it was amazingly well recieved....

My brand new breathwork audio journey, I AM LIGHT, features a rich tapestry of sound, including the incredible music of Elijah Ray and the Band of Light. Elijah is an incredible master musician, student of frequencies, ancient technologies and vocal empowerment. I interviewed him to learn more about the tracks we included in this Breath of Bliss journey so you could learn more about his intention and relationship to the stars. Here are some of the juiciest tidbits he shared...

Ive been on a big voyage promoting I AM LIGHT, sharing Breath of Bliss in Mexico (more on that soon!) and am now in Santa Barbara preparing to lead a breath ceremony tonight at Yoga Soup!

I've been wanting to create multidimensional light medicine breath transmissions for a while... and instead of waiting to share until I felt ready, or that it would be perfect, I just pressed record today.

In this video I'm in the high desert mountains of Santa Barbara, sharing and earthy letting go vibe on sacred ground... 

This is what a first attempt and raw unpolished experimentation looks like!

Last week, I attended an event where the facilitator didn't do any of the things I teach about as essentials. So I felt compelled to share some golden nuggets to support you as you step forward as a leader, ceremonialist and authentic inspiration for others.

Do you ever experience fear of the unknown or stress about fulfilling your purpose?

I have, too. Just like you, I wanted to find peace with life's ups and downs and clarity about my mission. But, honestly, it was a struggle with confusing emotions, feelings of aloneness and fluctuating finances... until I finally experienced the power of breathwork to plug me directly into Source.

When you're connected to Creator, everything becomes crystal clear, you feel more unconditional love and open to miracles of awakening. Where before you saw problems, suddenly you can see gifts. As a lightworker, creating a powerful connection to Source is most important thing you can do before facing challenges because there are no "problems" in the mind of God/Goddess.
