I experience Breath of Bliss as an archangelic collective consciousness that desires to move through many people. I call it angelic because it attunes us to the highest frequencies of grace, purity, beauty, and Divine Love, awakening each person as a unique channel for Source.

Meet the creator of Breath of Bliss

Christabel Zamor, M.A.

Christabel is the founder of the Breath of Bliss Mystery School, a master trainer, published author, and speaker. She has devoted her life to facilitating expanded states of God Consciousness and helping others open as channels of Divine Love. Over the past two decades, she has trained more than 1,000 facilitators in the modalities she created.

A featured Mindvalley author and presenter on The Shift Network, Christabel has led Breath of Bliss for groups of 500 people and headlined the International Breathwork Foundation Conference. Her research with Zen Brain Lab showed the cognitive and emotional benefits of her guided audio journeys.

Holding master's degrees in Mythology & Depth Psychology and Cultural Anthropology, Christabel synthesizes decades of pilgrimage, spiritual practice, transformational coaching, and her direct revelations of Sophia Christ Consciousness into a path of awakening.
