Ever wonder what I talk about in the Breath of Bliss Facilitator Training while coaching initiates to create sacred space? Here's a sneak peek...
Last week, I attended an event where the facilitator didn't do any of the things I teach about as essentials. So I felt compelled to share some golden nuggets to support you as you step forward as a leader, ceremonialist and authentic inspiration for others.
This got a huge response on Facebook and I would love to share it with you here.
So go make a cup of green tea of sacred cacao, light a candle and snuggle up with this 30 minute video. It's seriously worth the time.
Do you ever experience fear of the unknown or stress about fulfilling your purpose?
I have, too. Just like you, I wanted to find peace with life's ups and downs and clarity about my mission. But, honestly, it was a struggle with confusing emotions, feelings of aloneness and fluctuating finances... until I finally experienced the power of breathwork to plug me directly into Source.
When you're connected to Creator, everything becomes crystal clear, you feel more unconditional love and open to miracles of awakening. Where before you saw problems, suddenly you can see gifts. As a lightworker, creating a powerful connection to Source is most important thing you can do before facing challenges because there are no "problems" in the mind of God/Goddess.
When I experienced breathwork for the first time, I was struggling. I didn't know who I really was or what was next in my life. I was in a dead-end marriage without shared values. I was stuck in a big, cold city where I...
Breathe deep. Remember who you realy are.
We all want the same things... to feel connected, alive and open. To be touched. To be seen. And held.
What if it was all possible in the next breath?
What if the simple power of connected breathing could open you to the mind of God?
This beautiful video captured a few of the magical moments shared at my recent Breath of Bliss breathwork ceremonies at Woodford Folk Festival. So honored to share and so grateful to the whole team who helped make it happen, including Dominique, Emily, Trinity, Xavier, Issia, Peter, Lucas, Jennifer, Renee, Sammy, and Sam.
If you're a sensitive lightworker who experiences fear when traveling to a new, wild or "different" place, try visualizing yourself as a lighthouse. Use breath and imagination to create a feeling of safety. Let your breath remind you who you are and why you're here.
Be like the lighthouse.
Shining bright atop the hill.
A beacon of hope.
Self Illuminate so others can guide themselves home.
Be like a lighthouse. The lighthouse shines for everyone. It doesn’t just shine for some people. It doesn’t label, discriminate, criticize or create hierarchies. It's impartial. A lighthouse circulates light in all directions equally. In the light and in the dark, a lighthouse shines. It shines for all seeking the light and all those who do not. It's impervious to commentary, critique and opinions. It just shines.
Be like a lighthouse. It doesn't go chasing after people it wants to save. It isn't trying to be a hero. It just shines.
Be like a...
Jhon is an elder from the Indonesian island of Papua. He was sent by his people out into the Western world to gather wisdom to bring back to his tribe.
By some miraculous coincidence, he ended up at my first Breathfest in Bali, a global mobile Breathwork festival. He immediately signed up for our Breath of Bliss facilitator training program and is now sharing Breath of Bliss back on his island with his people and elsewhere in the world.
When we were shooting student videos, Jhon specifically asked to make two additional videos. This is the first one -- for other graduates of the Breath of Bliss program, to inspire them on their mission of the heart....
I recently had the pleasure of sharing a Breath of Bliss ceremony with the theme of "Grace" at a small, well-curated lightworker's festival in Australia called, Starlight. This gathering is all about connecting to Spirit and unleashing your radiance. Quite a perfect match for my breathwork!
Starlight Festival took place at a convention center and in adjoining buildings in a sweet little country town in New South Wales called, Bangalow. The cost was ridiculously affordable to encourage as many people as possible to come and explore the esoteric and metaphysical arts.
Since I was a last minute addition I didn't make it into the program or event booklet, but my workshop still had a beautiful group who all came word of mouth. I arrived with a small but mighty team of angels, Issia, Peter, Trinity and Xavier and we created an altar to welcome in Isis as our ascended master guide for the day. I shared some Euphoric Bliss Blue Lotus essence with our...
Check out the video above to see the opening circle for our second breath ceremony... over 350 breathers in this group! Between all 3 breathworks we created space for over 1000.
The most amazing teaching invitation I received this year was to share 3 Breath of Bliss ceremonies at Woodford Folk Festival, the biggest folk festival in Australia with over 135,000 participants. I went with an incredible team of angels, Level 2 graduates and a sound healing/shamanic crew. It was such an honor to serve everyone! They were so eager so ready to dive deep into community, connection and their visions for 2019.
Here is our angelic team of LIGHT, full of prayers and love. We miraculously held a beautiful, safe space. If I'd known there'd be so many breathers I would've brought 30 more angels!
Our Breath of Bliss ceremonies took place in the Blue Lotus consciousness area, and each had a different...
Check out this beautiful Facebook Livestream by recent Level 2 graduate Shikoba ;) What an angel!
Wherever you are this holiday season, I'm sending you love! Yes, holidays can be fun... but also at times turbulent, triggering and transitional. Breathwork can help.
As one of my teachers, Richard Rudd (Creator of the Gene Keys) says, "The beauty of life's pauses is that they enable us to see life with crystal clear vision. A day alive with pauses is a day rippling with awareness... The pause brings us into the physical body, into the moment of our breathing, into our belly and our spine. The pause can also become quite blissful, so that we enjoy prolonging it... Our body shows us how to luxuriate in the liquid field of the timeless."
Breathe in. Breathe out. Contemplate this.
Whether you're with loved ones, co-workers, friends, or spending time in solitude, create time for a sacred pause. Do some breathwork from the comfort of your own home to re-align.
A pause is always available. In this space, you can remember that you have all the wisdom of the universe within.
