This was the first year that our Level 2 Breath of Bliss facilitators in training came together to produce a FREE all day breathwork mini-festival for the local community. 

The whole focus was SERVICE. Initiates were encouraged to generate a powerful prayer field to entrain all those attending in a safe and loving space of divinity.

What goes on behind the scenes of an Ascended Master Cacao Ceremony?

Come into our angelic bubble of singing, play, giggles, fun and prayers while preparing the sacred cacao plant medicine elixir for the 2019 International Breathwork Conference... we turned the whole 4 hours of preparation into a ceremony with tons of purification with palo Santo for every single implement and ingredient, spoke blessings and prayers while chopping up all the delicious Ecuadorian paste blocks into meltable chips, while we co-created a gorgeous altar, added every element to our massive pot, used sound healing bowls, drums, chimes, light language and singing and invited in all the angelic, galactics, ascended masters and the pure LIGHT of SOURCE (and Mary Poppins for fun)!

* A glimpse of my "Activate Your Angelic DNA" Breath of Bliss breathwork at the 2019 Bali Ecstatic Dance Festival... what an honor and joy to share this angelic ceremony with these beautiful beings.

I was so excited to be invited to present this year at at the IBF - International Breathwork Foundation's annual conference at Joshua Tree, California. It was the first time I've gathered with so many breathwork facilitators and school founders and shared Breath of Bliss in a bigger way with industry leaders. Wow!

This is a few moments right after I gave my presentation about the impact of my "I AM PASSION" breathwork audio journey on 3 test subjects who used it for 10 days - who we brainmapped before and after with Dr. Dani from Zen Brain Lab. (Stay tuned for a video fo my talk!)
