Today is the feast of Mary Magdalene, "She of 100,000 angels" and we are just emerging from a new moon in Cancer -- so it's a beautiful time to put self care first. Make some time to breathe with your angels and get some coaching about how to raise your vibration.

My angels gave me a big talk this week -- advising me to stop striving to "accomplish" so much and instead to focus on creating pure, empty space for divine healing to occur.

As someone who tends to accelerate to avoid discomfort, I actually had to move through several layers of guilt, shame and "not enoughness" to actually SLOW down enough to receive miracles. Sound familiar?

Today I made a video and I hope it inspires you to honor yourself more fully, to slow down and surrender to the grace that is trying to happen through...

Sometimes words aren't enough to describe what the f-e-e-l-i-n-g of something is really like.

So I made this video with my dear friends to give you a peek into what its like to do an online Breath of Bliss ceremony with me.

She is a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner, a Certified Life Coach by the Coaches Training Institute and has Hendricks Institute coach training in Conscious Loving. She holds two master’s degrees: one in Depth Psychology and Mythology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute, and a second in Anthropology from the University of California. She is also a Global Coherence Initiative Ambassador of the Heart Math Institute. Christabel has studied with and received initiations by shamans in the Sacred Valley of Peru. OMG this past Saturday was such a beautiful and powerful online breathwork ceremony. We dove deep into communion with the sacred land, the planetary grid and cultivating inner authority.

What an honor to have people join from all over Europe, Mexico, USA, and replays coming in from Canada, the Virgin Island, Australia and New Zealand.
