Christabel Zamor is an expert educator and a pioneer in ecstatic breath and movement. She has been leading teacher trainings in various modalities for over 20 years, is the founder of Breath of Bliss Academy, and has led breathwork groups with up to 500 people. She is a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner, a Certified Life Coach by the Coaches Training Institute and has Hendricks Institute coach training in Conscious Loving. She holds two master’s degrees: one in Depth Psychology and Mythology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute, and a second in Anthropology from the University of California. Starting in 2019, all Level 2 Breath of Bliss training graduates have the opportunity to facilitate an an all day breathwork festival open to the public called, BREATHFEST. The whole graduating class works together, in the spirit of selfless service to hold space for this beautiful gathering.

At the recent Level 2 Breath of Bliss Group Facilitator Training we had a bonus initiation day near the Equinox. In it we shared specialized training in the use of plant medicine - cacao - explored in communion with breathwork, ceremony, visualizations and ecstatic dance.

Trainees handed off the microphone, co-leading a heaven-to-Earth movement practice, inviting each other into deeper breath and embodiment.
