The Live Initiation: Facilitator Mastery Immersion Terms and Waiver

Please review before enrolling. By completing your registration, you agree to the following terms:

1. Not a Substitute for Therapy

Breath of Bliss is a spiritual and personal development experience for those already invested in self-growth. It is not psychotherapy or trauma-focused breathwork and is not intended for individuals in active crisis. Please seek licensed therapeutic support if needed.

2. Mental Health & Medication

If you are currently on medication or managing a clinical diagnosis, you must obtain clearance from a licensed healthcare provider before participating. Breathwork may not be suitable for certain conditions (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia). You assume full responsibility for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

3. Drug, Alcohol, & Smoke-Free Agreement

All event spaces are drug-, alcohol-, and smoke-free. Participants agree to refrain from recreational substance use before and during the event.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, teachings, and processes shared during this experience are the intellectual property of Breath of Bliss and Christabel Zamor. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

5. Confidentiality & Conscious Communication

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality and engage in respectful, conscious communication. This includes honoring the privacy of others and refraining from gossip or harmful speech.

6. Boundaries & Professional Conduct

Participants may not solicit, sell, or promote personal services, programs, or offerings within the container. Any collaboration or connection must be approached with integrity and consent.

7. Respecting Group Integrity

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or misaligned with the values of the container. This includes actions that compromise the safety, trust, or experience of others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Event Minimum & Registration Policy

This live experience requires a minimum of 8 confirmed participants to proceed.

• Please do not book flights or accommodations until the event is officially confirmed by our team.
• If the minimum participant threshold is not met, the event may be canceled and you will receive a full refund of your registration payment.
• Once the event is confirmed, all payments become non-refundable and non-transferable, except as outlined below.

9. Travel, Force Majeure & Rollover Policy

By registering, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your travel arrangements.

• In the event of global disruptions, natural disasters, Acts of God, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances that impact your ability to attend (including flight cancellations), no refunds will be issued.
• With valid documentation (e.g., proof of flight cancellation), you may request a one-time transfer (rollover) of your registration to a future Live Initiation event.
• All rollover requests are subject to approval and must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe.

10. No-Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable and non-creditable, except in the case where the event is canceled by Breath of Bliss due to not meeting the minimum participant requirement.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of plans
• Illness or personal circumstances
• Travel disruptions
• Scheduling conflicts

All payment plans must be completed in full.

11.Payment Plan Completion Requirement

If you are enrolled in a payment plan, all remaining balances must be paid in full prior to attending the live event.

Failure to complete your payment plan before the event start date will result in ineligibility to participate until payment is completed. Access to the live experience will not be granted without full payment.

All payment obligations remain binding regardless of participation status.

12. Scheduling Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all event dates, times, and logistics prior to enrolling and ensuring your availability.

13. Photo & Video Release

By participating, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded during the event. These materials may be used by Breath of Bliss for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes.

14. Liability Release

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in breathwork and related practices. You release Breath of Bliss LLC, Christabel Zamor, and Team Bliss from any and all liability for physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes.
