Please Avoid:

2.â â VENTING: Complaining or processing emotions around news, the global state of affairs, environmental issues, wars, etc.
3.â â PROCESSING: Using this space to release extreme emotions in dysregulated states or to process trauma
4.â â TRIGGERING: Posting graphic content, inappropriate photos, or videos that could distract from our community's focus.
