By participating in the Breath of Bliss Family of Light Online Breathwork Ceremonies, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You agree to participate at your own risk and release Christabel Garcia-Zamor and Breath Bliss LLC and all its facilitators and associates and staff from any liability arising from your participation.

Breathwork is not recommended for people with a history of aneurisms, cardiovascular problems, detached retina, epilepsy, glaucoma, high blood pressure that is not controlled with medication, pregnancy, serious osteoporosis, history of strokes or seizures, prescription blood thinning or anti-clotting medications, hospitalization for any psychiatric episode, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair the ability to experience intense physical and/or emotional release, and any recent physical injuries or surgeries.

By attending any Breath of Bliss live, audio or online event, you are confirming that you have consulted your health care practitioner and that none of the above are true for you.

Full Package:
Includes 2 months of access after the last ceremony

Photography and Video Release:

By attending any Breath of Bliss Academy event you grant permission for your likeness, voice, and participation to be recorded, included in replays and used for educational and marketing purposes.
