 I am engaging Christabel Garcia-Zamor (Breath of Bliss, LLC), herein known as TEAM RISE, to help me create my program in the “RISE: Create Your Profitable Transformational Program in 90 Days” training. I understand that this is a woman-centered coaching container open to application by conscious men.

 NOT THERAPY: I understand that TEAM RISE is offering me a business coaching program and it is not, nor does it replace therapy, psychoanalysis, tax consultation, financial counsel or legal services.

 COACHABLE: I authorize TEAM RISE to coach me so I can create the most marketable, transformational program possible with repeatable positive outcomes and to help me step into my highest potential as a self responsible leader and world class expert along the way! I am here to rise into excellence and committed to staying in growth mindset. I understand that growth will require that I move beyond my comfort zone: I’m ready! I know that all coaching, assignments, accountabilities, and evaluations are for the purpose of empowering me to be my best self and to create my own success.

ACCESS: For payment plan purchases, the modules will be dripped weekly until my payment is complete for the RISE training program, along with various bonuses, allowing me to progress entirely at my own pace. For full payment purchases, the entire library will be provided immediately. I have access to all training materials for one year from my initial payment date.  All materials delivered in this program, including program design templates, blueprints, manuals, playsheets, etc., are downloadable for me to print and keep digitally forever, except video content.

I acknowledge that this program is entirely self-paced and that there are no live offerings .

ALIGNMENT: I will hold all personal shares by others in the program strictly confidential. I agree to speak and behave like a respectful conscious leader. While in Rise I promise to be 100% gossip free and to bring any concerns directly to the Rise Team, instead of engaging in public slander. We reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund if you engage in defamation or act in a mean, aggressive, or spiteful way that undermines the safety or integrity of the group.

YOUR COMMITMENT: I agree to play full out and take 100% responsibility to create the success I seek. I will create my own success with my full participation and willingness to stay in, a “Growth Mindset”, enjoying the support systems and doing the weekly assignments. I will do my best to maintain a regulated nervous system. I am committed to reaching my program creation goals. I know I can choose the 90-day benchmark, or elect to take longer. I get to consciously choose as the creator of my experience. I’m making these promises to myself, the group, my future students, and this program!

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: I agree not to share, sell or otherwise distribute my course materials to anyone. I will not rebrand this material nor re-teach or market this material. If I want to share any practices learned I will first ask permission from Christabel Garcia-Zamor and then appropriately provide credit as may be requested.

DISCLAIMER: I authorize all 1:1 and group coaching sessions to be recorded for training and educational purposes. 

PAYMENTS: No Refunds. One hundred percent (100%) of all payments, fees due and paid under this agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable even if you change your mind, withdraw from the program for any reason, don't use the program, don’t finish the program, experience Acts of God, etc. Irrespective of any prevailing health conditions, whether pre-existing or arising during the course of the program or thereafter, it is imperative to understand that the payment for the program is non-refundable. Even if you choose to purchase the program and subsequently make the decision to discontinue it during the initial onboarding call or event; you remain fully accountable for the payment

There are no money-back guarantees. If your payment is delinquent, your access will be paused before the drop of a new module or in 7 days whichever is sooner. If my account is delinquent for over 30 days, I understand that it will be turned over to an collection agency. Course access will be reactivated upon next payment. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of course access. I will complete all promised payments and am responsible for any remaining balance owed for the entire coaching program regardless of any circumstances that may arise.
