Breath of Bliss Facilitator Training Terms and Waiver

Please review before enrolling. By completing your registration, you agree to the following terms:

1. Not a Substitute for Therapy

Breath of Bliss is a spiritual facilitator training for those already invested in personal growth. It is not psychotherapy or trauma-focused breathwork and is not intended for individuals in active recovery or crisis. Seek licensed therapeutic support if needed.

2. Mental Health & Medication

If you’re on medication or managing a clinical diagnosis, you must obtain clearance from a licensed mental health professional before participating. Breathwork may not be appropriate for some conditions (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia). You are 100% responsible for your well-being.

3. Drug, Alcohol, & Smoke-Free Agreement

All training spaces are drug-, alcohol-, and smoke-free. Please refrain from recreational substance use throughout the program.

4. Intellectual Property

All training materials are the property of Breath of Bliss and Christabel Zamor. Do not copy, share, rebrand, or distribute content without written permission.

5. Confidentiality & Conscious Communication

Maintain confidentiality and practice loving, respectful communication. Use the Nonviolent Communication tools shared in the training and avoid gossip.

6. Attendance & Engagement

Be on time for all live calls and stay current with replays. Each module builds on the last. Your full participation ensures the best results.

7. Certification Requirements

To obtain the Professional Breath of Bliss Group Facilitator Certificate, you need to successfully complete the following:

Level 1: Heart-Centered Leadership Certificate (100% online)

• Completion of The Self-Love Journey
  
  
• Reflection posts and journaling
  
  
• Video completion and online self-assessment
  
  
• Submission of Level 1 Program Tracker indicating completion of all certification requirements
  

Level 2: Certified Breath of Bliss Facilitator (100% online)

• Completion of all online facilitator modules and practicums
  
  
• Leading and assisting ceremonies with evaluations
  
  
• Participation in BlissFest and self assessment or feedback form
  
  
• Submission of Level 2 Program Tracker indicating completion of all certification requirements
  
  

Note that our Level 3: Certified High-Frequency Channel ( Optional live in-person retreat) is an add on for those who want the highest level of personalized mentorship and mastery training with Christabel and her Team.

• Live ceremony evaluations, co-facilitation, and angel roles
  
  
• Integration of advanced tools: sound, cacao, light language
  
  
• Participation in marketing challenges and creation of media marketing kit
  
  
• Live self-assessment and group ceremony
  
  
• Certificate awarded at retreat completion
  
  

Certificates are valid for 2 years. Continuing education via the Ascension Alliance Membership (currently $555/year) is required to remain current in your certification status. This also creates eligibility for leadership opportunities and co-facilitation roles. Ascension Alliance Membership also provides you with additional access to all current rounds of the live training taking place while a member, in short allowing you to retake the course multiple times! You can choose to join immediately after graduating instead of waiting 2 years if you desire as well.

8. Grounds for Withholding Certification

Certification may be withheld if you:

• Fail to complete coursework and certification requirements
• Consistently resist or reject feedback and guidance
• Act in unsafe, unethical, or disruptive ways that compromise group safety, trust, or cohesion
• Misuse the Breath of Bliss brand name, content, or community for personal gain or in ways that cause confusion or harm
• Display behaviors that are erratic, destabilizing, or incongruent with the energetic integrity and values of this work. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Using spiritual language to dominate, bypass, or invalidate others
• Exhibiting narcissistic or self-aggrandizing behavior in group spaces
• Engaging in performative facilitation that lacks attunement to others
• Sharing altered states or channeled content in ways that are confusing, fear-inducing, or ungrounded
• Repeatedly interrupting group flow or overriding group agreements
• Demonstrating emotional volatility without taking personal responsibility
• Making others feel unsafe, unsettled, or unsure of your stability

We reserve the right to withhold or delay certification if we believe that moving forward would compromise the integrity of the Breath of Bliss lineage, our community, or those you may serve in the future. Certification is not guaranteed and is issued only when alignment, maturity, and embodied leadership have been demonstrated.

You will receive feedback after evaluations and may book additional mentorship ($175) or retake your exam ($250) if needed.

9. Boundaries & Professionalism

Do not solicit, sell, or recruit within the group. Additional coaching requests may be submitted to Team Bliss.

10. Respecting Group Integrity

Participants who cause harm or disrupt the group may be removed without refund to protect the safety and sacredness of the container.

11. No-Refund Policy (Legal Waiver)

All payments are non-refundable and non-creditable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, illness, change of mind, life events, or Acts of God or government. All payment plans must be completed in full.

12. Late Payment Policy

If your account becomes delinquent, access will pause until payment resumes. After 30 days of non-payment, the balance may be sent to collections.

13. Access & Delivery

One module is released each week (some span multiple weeks). After full payment, you receive 1-year access to all training content from the date of your initial payment. 

If you register early with full payment and an earlier training cohort is still in progress, you will receive bonus early access to that cohort's materials. Your official 1-year access still begins when your designated cohort starts.

Templates and materials are downloadable (video access not included).

14. Scheduling

You are responsible for reviewing all dates and times prior to purchase and determining your availability for live calls or replays.

15. Photo/Video Release

You consent to being recorded during training calls and agree these recordings may be used for educational or promotional purposes by Breath of Bliss.

16. Liability Release

You voluntarily accept all risks associated with breathwork and release Breath of Bliss LLC, Christabel Garcia-Zamor, and Team Bliss from all liability for emotional, mental, or physical harm.
