Please review all agreements and the waiver below before enrolling. By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Breath of Bliss is not a Substitute for Psychotherapy
The Breath of Bliss Facilitator Training is for those already invested in personal development. It is not professional psychotherapy or trauma-focused breathwork. This training prepares you to facilitate multidimensional ceremonies of awakening and is not an appropriate venue for personal recovery or for those actively overcoming addictions. While Breath of Bliss is a powerful modality, it is not a replacement for professional, licensed mental health care. If you require therapeutic support, please reach out to a licensed therapist or counselor.

2. Medication & Mental Health Conditions
If you are on medication for a mental health condition or have a current clinical diagnosis, please ensure you have permission from your licensed mental health professional to attend this training and engage in breathwork. While breathwork can be a transformative practice, it may not be suitable for everyone. Certain conditions, such as bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, and others, may require special consideration and guidance from a healthcare professional before participating.

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Please take 100% responsibility for your health and discuss any concerns with your doctor prior to registration to ensure this experience is a safe and supportive fit for you.

3. Events are Drug, Alcohol, & Smoking-Free
To maintain a safe and clear space for healing, all our events are drug and alcohol-free. Smoking is not permitted nor a vibrational match for the work we do. Please refrain from using any recreational drugs or consuming alcohol during live events.

4. Intellectual Property
All materials shared during this retreat are trademarked and belong to Christabel Zamor and Breath of Bliss. Please do not share, copy, rebrand, or redistribute them outside this training. If you wish to share certain material, please contact us first to obtain permission.

5. Practice Conscious Communication
Speak from your own experience and avoid making statements about others. Practice loving-kindness and respect in all interactions, fostering a supportive and gossip-free environment.

6. Confidentiality is Essential
Respect the confidentiality of your fellow participants. Confidentiality ensures a safe and trusting container. Do not discuss personal details or stories of other participants.

7. Conscious Direct Communication & Commitment to a Gossip-Free Environment
Please take responsibility for any reactions or projections you may experience by speaking to any person with whom you have an unspoken truth about directly. Please use the Non-Violent Communication skills provided in this training to communicate in a loving way which fosters genuine connection and understanding.

8. Attendance & Punctuality
Please be on time for all sessions online and live, as each part of the training builds on the previous one. For online sessions, watch the replays in a timely fashion to keep up with program progress. For the live, in-person event, notify the training assistant as soon as possible with the What’s App number provided if you will be late or miss a session so we can stay attuned. Stay for the duration and complete the training!

9. Breath of Bliss Practice Limitations

Please refrain from facilitating “Breath of Bliss” sessions for others until you have successfully completed the full Level 2 training, passed the required exams and been given permission to do so. Online-only participants must pass the online exam, while online/live registrants must pass both the online and live exams. This requirement ensures that you are well-prepared, certified as a Qualified Breath of Bliss Practitioner, and equipped to hold a safe and supportive space for others.

10. Certification Requirements
Certification in the Breath of Bliss Teacher Training program is a rigorous process designed to ensure the safety, integrity, and high standards of our facilitators.

Prerequisite:
The Self-Love Journey portion of the training is the transformational foundation of this work and serves as a prerequisite for Level 2 Group Facilitator Training.

Certification Requirements:
Full certification requires the successful completion of all tasks on your Program Tracker, including:

• Manual readings
• Video lessons
• Live calls or replays
• Reflection questions
• Passing all practicums and exams
• Attendance at the live High-Frequency Channel Conference

Key Skills to Demonstrate:
Certification also requires participants to exhibit the following competencies:

• Embodied presence: Grounded, calm, and engaged facilitation.
  Nervous system regulation: Maintaining composure in high-energy or emotionally charged situations.
• Emotional intelligence: Recognizing, acknowledging and holding space for emotions in self and others with sensitivity and love.
• Easeful eye contact: Demonstrating warmth, connection, and confidence.
  Authentic self-connection: Leading from a place of genuine self-awareness.
• The ability to connect meaningfully with others: Building rapport and creating a sense of belonging.
  Openness to feedback: Receiving and integrating constructive input with grace.

We reserve the right to withhold certification for the following reasons:

• Non-Completion of Training Requirements:
  Failure to complete required coursework, assignments, practical exams, or skill demonstrations at the level of mastery required.
• Inconsistent Participation:
  Missing sessions, arriving late, or disengaging from the training process.
• Inappropriate Use of Modalities:
  Misusing Breath of Bliss practices, techniques, or brand elements in a way that misrepresents or undermines the modality’s integrity.
• Violation of Ethical Guidelines:
  Engaging in unethical behavior, such as breaching confidentiality or exploiting power dynamics.
• Harmful or Unsafe Practices:
  Facilitating in ways that place participants at emotional, physical, or psychological risk.
• Resistance to Feedback:
  Demonstrating a persistent unwillingness to integrate constructive feedback.
• Lack of Emotional or Somatic Awareness:
  Demonstrating a significant lack of awareness of personal triggers, projections, or the capacity to self-regulate in emotionally intense situations.
• Non-Compliance with Certification Terms:
  Failing to adhere to agreed-upon terms regarding certification, branding, or use of photos and videos during and post-training.
• Disrespect for Group Dynamics:
  Repeatedly undermining the group container by disrupting harmony, dominating discussions, chronic complaining or verbal or physical abuse.
• Substance Use Issues:
  Using substances in a way that repels participants, impairs judgment, presence, or compromises the ability to facilitate responsibly.

Mental Health Considerations:
In some cases, a psychological evaluation or meeting with a therapist may be required to assess readiness for certification.

Feedback Process:

After each evaluation practice, you will receive:

• Spoken feedback: Real-time input from Christabel, the team, and fellow participants.
• Written summary: A detailed review from Christabel, highlighting your breakthroughs and actionable next steps to elevate your skills.

Support Options:
If desired, you may book a private 1:1 mentorship session ($175) to address specific gaps or refine your facilitation skills further.

Retaking the Teaching Evaluation:
If you do not pass your teaching evaluation, you may retake it for a fee of $250.

11. Honoring Boundaries
Please do not approach participants to sell products, recruit staff, or hire faculty members. Additional coaching requests can be arranged through the Breath of Bliss admin team.

12. Respecting the Integrity of the Group
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, anyone who is not honoring these agreements and causes a disturbance in the group may be asked to leave without refund. This measure is to protect the integrity and well-being of all participants.

No-Refund Policy
I understand that all payments are non-refundable, and once made, they are irrevocable and non-creditable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changing my mind, deciding the program is not for me, losing interest, failing to use or finish the program, or experiencing Acts of God or government (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or war).
If the training is canceled due to Acts of God or government, my credit will roll over to the next event. All payments, including payment plans, must be completed in full, and non-payment will result in suspension of access to materials and bonuses.

Late payments or failure to meet payment obligations will not entitle me to refunds or credits. Furthermore, regardless of any health conditions, feelings, financial challenges, or life circumstances, whether pre-existing or arising during the program, or if I choose to withdraw or discontinue participation at any point, I remain fully accountable for completing all agreed payments. There are no money-back guarantees.

Regarding Late Payments
If my payment plan becomes delinquent, my access to the course will be paused either before the release of the next module or within 7 days, whichever comes first. If my account remains delinquent for more than 30 days, it will be referred to a collection agency. Course access will be reactivated upon receipt of the next payment. I understand there are no refunds or credits for partial months of course access. I am fully responsible for completing all promised payments and for the remaining balance of the entire coaching program, regardless of any circumstances that may arise.

Minimum Enrollment Policy
Both the Online Breath of Bliss Facilitator Training and the High-Frequency Channeling Conference require a minimum of 8 enrolled students each to proceed. If either program does not meet this enrollment threshold, the event dates may be pushed back to allow for additional marketing efforts to reach the required minimum. For this reason, please refrain from purchasing flights or booking accommodations for the High-Frequency Channeling Retreat until we have confirmed the number of attendees and finalized the dates.
In the event that the minimum enrollment is still not able to be met, the program will be canceled, and participants will receive a full refund of their payment. By enrolling, I acknowledge and accept this policy.

Access
One of the modules is opened each week, except in cases where modules cover more than one week. After completing all tuition payments, I have access to all training materials for 1 year beginning on the date of registration. All materials delivered in this program, including all program design templates, blueprints, manuals, playsheets, etc. are downloadable for me to print and keep digitally forever, except video content.

Scheduling
I agree that I have reviewed all of the dates and times of each offering on the online Breath of Bliss Facilitator Training and/or High Frequency Channeling Conference if applicable, and I am already aware of whether I will be able to attend live calls or plan to watch replays.

What’s Included and Not Included
Registration fees DO NOT include flights, food, or accommodations for the 10-day live High-Frequency Channeling Conference in Sedona. Fees include access to the online portal, training materials, mentorship, and live calls as described on the sales page.

Photo/Video Release
I consent to be photographed and recorded during the entire training while on training calls and at any live gatherings. I give full consent for these materials to be educational or promotional purposes by Breath of Bliss without compensation.

Liability Release
I acknowledge that participation in the Breath of Bliss Facilitator Training is voluntary and release Breath of Bliss LLC, Christabel Garcia-Zamor, and Team Bliss from all liability for physical or emotional risks associated with training activities.
